Demonic! Satanic! Deception! Sin!

All these terms and more have been flung at magicians, mentalists, and illusionists today — most often by Christians! Never mind that some of the targets of this vitriol are Christians themselves!

Yes, I’ve written on this before and will continue to do so. Why? Because too many people of faith continue to adopt unnecessary convictions and believe stuff that’s frankly nonsense.

It infuriates me that many well-meaning, well-intentioned entertainers out there see Christians as among their most belligerent and ignorant critics!

It’s appalling! And it needs to stop!

For those who don’t know me, I’m a Christian. And I frequently defend Christians on this platform. I don’t believe anyone should hate anyone. And regardless of how silly or ill-conceived I consider someone else’s beliefs, I am not going to hate them.
