“Wasn’t the Nashville Christian school shooter also a Christian?”
Answering one of the most anti-Christian articles recently published on Medium (and that’s saying something!)
One of Medium’s most popular and prolific critics of Christianity has taken his dogmatic prejudice and obvious disdain for Christians to a new low. He has written one of the most scurrilous (and illogical) anti-Christian hit pieces currently available to read on Medium.
There are six dead Christians (including three dead children) thanks to the merciless and wholly unjustified rampage perpetrated by Audrey (or Aiden) Hale, and yet this writer (the one I’m referring to) can’t resist the temptation to point the finger of blame at… Christians.
(Note that there has been some confusion among the various news sources over the shooter’s gender identity. It appears the perpetrator recently identified as Aiden and preferred male pronouns. For the record, I believe ALL attention should be focused on the victims of this inexcusable and barbaric crime rather than on criticizing news networks or police for “dead-naming” the mass shooter. Nevertheless, I will proceed with Aiden for this article).
