That’s what I’m trying to flush out or clarify. In my original article, I conceded that a person is influenced by parents and culture. I conceded that. And I conceded that it does raise questions of fairness within one’s religious context. I simply made the point that the truth or validity of a person’s beliefs about God or Jesus or reincarnation are not tied to their geography. And to that point, I’ve gotten a fair amount of pushback. What is strange is that some of the pushback completely ignores the concessions I made. I am not directing that frustration at you. You’re making a genuine attempt to engage constructively now ,which I appreciate.
