Thanks for commenting. I agree that (with only a few exceptions) "God did not dictate it to the various writers." This doesn't mean that the "doctrine of inerrancy is inherently dishonest." You may not be doing this, but I've learned not to automatically or quickly categorize people I disagree with as "dishonest." I think that's unfair. I think it's more helpful to ask people what they mean by the terms they use. And, for the record, I didn't use the term "inerrant" in my article. :-)
