Notch, are you suggesting that anytime that anyone makes a sacrifice or anytime anyone reaches out with a sincere desire to start or build on a relationship... that person is doing so solely because of what he or she "gets" out of it.

You clearly seem to believe that's the case with God. I'm asking if you are so cynical that you believe this is the case all the time, even with people.
