At the time of this writing, we’re amid global anti-Musk “Tesla Takedown” protests, many of which have turned violent.
In one video I saw on YouTube, protesters can be seen angrily calling for people to burn Teslas. There’s even a sign suggesting that Elon Musk deserves a bullet!
These protests, of course, follow increased incidents of vandalism and arson directed against Tesla owners.
Don’t expect widespread condemnation, especially here on Medium. Instead, you’ll find multiple articles cheering Tesla’s demise.
We live in a day and age in which violence and vandalism are seen as acceptable by many — on both sides.
