If God is real and if God created the human race, then it makes sense that our Creator cares about us.

If God is real, if God created the human race, and if the Bible is true (particularly the part about Jesus coming to die for us), then we can safely conclude that God indeed loves us.

Can I prove those "ifs" to you and everyone else beyond all doubt and to your complete satisfaction? No, I cannot.

That is not the same as saying there's no evidence for my beliefs. It's just that the evidence only takes me so far. At some point, a step of faith is required.
