I'd settle for them reading, studying, and having to take a test on the Constitution.

… the highest office in the land who have no formal training about government or its inner workings. Reading and understanding laws is a complex and difficult skill. Lawyers train for years to be able to understand the legal system and its workings. We should require similar training for the people who are in charge of making and enforcing those laws.
