I love this article and am fully in agreement. I think the reason is (sadly) many people today cant abide positive portrayals of the founders. :-(. It is an illegitimate POV but i think that’s the reason. Even though our country hasn’t seen the likes of greatness as manifest in George Washington since he breathed his last in 1799.
