Thank you for the comment. I appreciate the sentiment. If I express any disagreement, I'm afraid you'll consider it "a defensive reaction" :-), so I'll just say that I don't think it's sinful to be angry and even express that anger.

I certainly don't think it's wrong to attack ideas or arguments or to even call people out on things.

I'm not saying you're saying this next part, but some Christians picture Jesus as always gentle and nice. That's not a biblically accurate picture of Him.

But...

I agree with you that the tone/tenor/substance of discourse and disagreement in society today (especially online and that includes here on Medium) is far too heated adn polarized. If I'm contributing to that, that is not my heart's desire. So I will take what you say under sincere advisement and prayerful consideration.
