My wife and I love vacationing at the beach.

Now, I don’t swim — at least not well. And I don’t suntan. I burn. And even if my skin knew how to be a color other than pale or red, I don’t like getting gooped up with suntan lotion mixed with sand. No thank you.

But I love looking at the ocean and listening to the soothing sound of the waves rolling up the shore. The beach is relaxing. And I love it.

Unfortunately, I don’t live on the beach. And I can’t afford to travel to the beach every day. It’s a bit of a drive, and I have work-and-family responsibilities inland.

Not to worry, though. Not when I have access to beautiful beach art.
