Give Yourself the Attitude Advantage

It’s an advantage anyone can claim

There is nothing wrong with working hard and giving yourself an edge or advantage to be successful in life. I know that is (unfortunately and sadly) controversial to some these days, but some privileges are earned. Some success is merited.

If you want to enjoy more success in life, I’ll give you a key ingredient.

It’s what I’m calling the Attitude Advantage.

People don’t like to be around negative people. In fact, negative people can make an atmosphere toxic. When I say “negative” people, I don’t just mean those who are cantankerous or aggressive in their behavior. I’m also talking about people who constantly complain, gossip, or spread rumors against others.

If you want to stand out in your workplace or shine in your relationships, have and be known for a positive attitude.

There’s a huge difference in how a negative person and a positive person are seen and measured. Ninety-nine times out of a hundred, the person with a sincere and consistently upbeat attitude will receive favored treatment.

Please note that, for this to be true, your positive attitude has to be sincere and consistent.
