Today is Palm Sunday. It’s a day celebrated worldwide by Christians across various denominations. It marks the beginning of Holy Week, which of course culminates with Easter Sunday.

Palm Sunday is a day that celebrates Jesus’ triumphal entry into Jerusalem, which took place days before his crucifixion. The biblical account of Jesus’ triumphal entry can be found in all four Gospels (Matthew 21:1–11; Mark 11:1–11; Luke 19:28–44; and John 12:12–19).
